Fair use of the site

• Our goal is to provide a site that is family-friendly. If we find any material that you contributed and made public was indecent or unlawful, we reserve the right to take it off of the site at our discretion.
• What you keep in private at our site is your business. However, it can't be unlawful material. We will offer full cooperation with the local governments to ensure the site is not exploited for unlawful activities.
• What you share can't be unlawful either --even if you and the receiving party agrees to it, we still would report it as we find it or if it was reported by the receiving party.
• Any copyright claims will result in suspension of your account if the claim is verified to be true. You simply can't upload other peoples materials that is covered by copyright and claim it as yours.

What are we liable for?

• All the service is provided for free and on an "as-is" basis. The loss or liability that you may encounter is limited to you, and you use the site acknowledging that dreamyreflections.com is not liable for anything.
• We do not sell your information (actually we collect the bare minimum of any sites of this nature that we know) to any one. We do not assume liability for any damage resulting from a malfunction of any part of the site. But we do strive to fix all such malfunctions as reasonably possible.
